  • Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, Rivy Consumer Private Limited does not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products once they have been sold.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact Rivy Consumer Private Limited customer service within 3-4 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide a video showing the opening of the package and the damaged or defective product.
  • Once the video and product damage are verified, RivyConsumer will arrange for a replacement.

3. Replacement Process for Damaged or Defective Products

  • After verification, Rivy Consumer Private Limited will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • No refunds will be issued; only replacements are provided.
